Bob has been a real estate professional for the past 10 years specializing in multiple facets of Real Estate including market selection LOI and lease negotiations. He spent a decade at Self Esteem Brands, the parent company of Anytime Fitness, in roles ranging from deal maker to Sr Manager of RE in the Southern US helping open over 250 new locations across 15 states. He has also managed acquisitions for Tri City Equity for the past four years heeling add over 750 units to the portfolio. He is currently the Sr director of RE at Omega Fitness Holdings the second largest Anytime Fitness Franchisee in North America on pace to add 70 new locations this year and 250 new locations over the next 4 years. He also co-owns Anytime Fitness Fort Smith, AR with the BoB investment group since 2021. He recently co-founded B & B Advisors, a commercial real estate brokerage in Minnesota, with his longtime friend and business partner Beckie Schultz. He is the chief development officer and Master broker of Treazure Studios while representing retail and office tenants locally in MN. He is a proud husband, father and devout follower of Jesus who loves life and tries to see the positive in every moment of it.
