Brian is the Director of our Indo-Pacific Region (Modernization and Training Business Line) and provides executive programmatic support to U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC), U.S. Pacific Fleet (PACFLT), U.S. Pacific Air Forces (PACAF), U.S. Marine Corps Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC), U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) and Joint Inter-Agency Task Force West (JIATF-W), while overseeing 300+ contractor staff located on the island of Oahu and the Republic of Korea. He also serves as the Program Executive for the $441M Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) Technology, Experimentation, Analysis, and Management Services (ITEAMS) Contract (GSA/AAS Defense).

Most recently, Brian served as the PM for the $160M Indo-Pacific Command Innovation and Experimentation Support Services (IPIESS) Contract (GSA/FEDSIM) and the Amentum supervisor for approximately 100 Amentum staff located at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii as well as support to the Component commands. Additionally, Brian has provided program management support to USINDOPACOM (J8) and subject matter expert (SME) support to USINDOPACOM (J36) and (J81) as a Maritime Fires/Ballistic Missile Defense SME. In USINDOPACOM (J36), Brian was solely charged with assessing short-term enemy missile capabilities and the U.S. missile defense deployment plans to counter the evolving threat, as well as the strength of the proposed missile defense force and its ability to function effectively under various operational scenarios. Brian also served as the lead planner for Maritime Fires/Domain for all Warfighting Lab Incentive Fund projects; his efforts focused specifically on developing potential solutions to increase mission effectiveness in Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW), Surface Warfare (SUW), Under-Sea Warfare (USW), and Mine Warfare Sensor Research, Experimentation, and Assessment.

Prior to joining Amentum, Brian enlisted in the United States Navy at the age of 17 and would go on to serve 27 years and subsequently retire as a career Surface Warfare Officer. During his nearly three (3) decades of active military service, Brian sailed on seven (7) ships of the line – homeported in Norfolk, VA, San Diego, CA, Singapore, SG, and Pearl Harbor, HI. Brian deployed over a dozen times, multiple times in Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Fleets, and supported NATO's Standing Naval Forces Atlantic and Operations IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM. Proud Fact: During Brian’s tour onboard USS KEARSARGE (LHD 3), he deployed to the Mediterranean to support U.S. operations in Bosnia Herzegovina, including the rescue of Air Force Pilot Capt Scott O'Grady and to West Africa in defense of the American Embassy in Sierra Leone as part of Operation ASSURED RESPONSE

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Norfolk State University (HBCU), completed Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I, and a Master's in Military Art and Science from the Command and General Staff College (CGSC) at Fort Leavenworth, KS and has completed a Master of Arts in National Security Studies with a concentration in Terrorism from American Military University. While at CGSC, Brian also completed all requirements for the Joint Operational Planner - Additional Skill Identifier (ASI).

Brian is a member of the Navy League of the U.S. Honolulu Council, the Chamber of Commerce Hawai’i, Hawaii Military Affairs Council (Executive Committee) and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA). He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (2023).
