Jason White
CEO of The Federal Code
Jason started his business in 2008. He didn’t reap the dividends of his work until 2011. It took three years to get his first contract because, in the beginning, all he had was a Ph.D., public high school diploma, an interest, and an ethic. Without any guidance or help, he used that formula to become the mentor he thought he needed. Now, he is the conduit between government entities, their representatives, and you.
Before he began this journey he had never worked for the federal government and had no prior knowledge of the federal government’s internal protocol. Yet, he’s secured over 250 plus federal government contracts, more than 32 of which are ongoing for at least the next four years, and the number continues to grow. Given his extensive experience, Jason has the skill sets, relationships, rapport, and resumé to be a mentor for others who seek to win government contracts.

Get ready to be blown away! For over a decade, we've been flipping residential homes and it's safe to say we're the undisputed champions of it in Hawaii. We've completed an astonishing 120 home rehab projects, with some being ground- up rebuilds! But that's not all, we've also acquired over 150 rental properties across the United States, including 114 doors in Connecticut which are so self-sufficient we only need the help of a great property management company. We even owned 16 short-term rental homes in Ohio, which we recently sold off. And the real estate empire doesn't stop there. We own an 11-unit multi-family in Pennsylvania that we manage with a partner, and we also have single-family properties in several states, including NJ, NY, IL, and TX. In Hawaii alone, we have 26 rental doors, including a small multi-family unit, a 4-plex, and 6 short-term rentals. We even have a Turo Min-Van attached to book at our short-term rentals for rent. But wait, there's more! We also are property managers, not only do we manage our own listings but we also manage our mainland listings. And we manage a commercial Walgreens and a small strip mall in Minnesota for a friend. We even have an education program teaching people about real estate, along with podcasts and a huge following on social media. And if that's not enough, we're currently setting up a new co-work office and acquiring a commercial strip mall.
PERSONAL BIO
Aloha, I was born and raised in the islands of Hawaii on a Banana farm in Hilo. My beginnings were humble living off the grid using water catchment and a generator until I was 5 years old. My family then moved to Kona where I spent the rest of my childhood. Upon graduating high school, I received my Associates in business and then an Electrical Engineering degree. I pressed forward and also obtained my contractor’s license. In 2013, my wife dragged me to a real estate investment seminar and I was hooked. We started flipping homes in 2015 and immediately made this our full time occupation. My prior education has served us well. To date we have flipped $130M of real estate, 120+ flips, personal own 156 rental units across the US. Single family and Multifamily in multiple states. Our company, Our Home Investments, LLC, is now the largest fix and flippers company in Hawaii and has expanded its reach to 15 other U.S. States. In addition to flipping properties, we wholesale nationwide, our strategy has included both short-term rentals, TURO, and long-term rentals. Our buy and hold portfolio is valued at over $22M. My wife and I have grown to love every avenue of real estate and welcome each new venture. We are excited to continue to expand into the midwestern market and looking forward to partnering with you on this portfolio purchase or investing with us on a deal. “Malama da aina” - Respect the land and take care of it.
